elementary-xfce: Upgraded.
I recently built and tested Xfce 4.20pre, with small patches it can be made to
build and run on Slackware 15. Unfortunately it works just as bad as Xfce 4.19,
and without updating the system packages I was not able to build it with Wayland 
support. You probably won't find Xfce 4.19+ here until Slackware 15.1 is 
released.

Added extra/xfce4-xkb-plugin, this is a version from the current master, I think
this is one of the most necessary plugins that is not in standard slackware

I found a combination of the newest and stable versions Xfce4 packages for
Slackware 15.0, I made SlackBuilds for them, and also compiled binary
packages. Mostly the packages are Xfce 4.18, some versions are newer. The
slackware-current packages are also mostly from Xfce 4.18, but the minor
versions are lower. I've been testing this set of packages for about two
weeks, and I think it's ready. I will also make an archive and put it in
archive/xfresh-15.0-20240818.tar
